You're right, colors schemes have change a little (to be fully compliant with diseases like color-blindness). And in some cases, especially in case where there are few time series, it must be more "pastel" on some schemes. Could you just get me the pages where I can see it?

My page is here. Under the "Today" tab the wind but mainly the atmospheric pressure, humidity, UV-Index, Rain and cloud-base show up very pale (almost unreadable).

OK. I see what you mean. For me, there's 2 topics:

graphs with areas: actually when you have an array in a graph, there's an opacity of 50%. I understand you think it's to low and I think I will make an option to set the needed opacity on per chart basis.

lines: for lines, it's a little bit "touchy". As a matter of fact, the color you see is already at 100% of opacity. So if you find that too "pastel" it's because the color is like that. If I want the graph be more "hard" in terms of colorimetry, I must cogitate a little bit to find something to let the user setting it... Let me think of it 2-3 days and I come back with a solution - well, I hope so 😉

Thanks, Pierre, yes, maybe you could have an option that allows opacity setting for arrays and another to select between pastel-schemas and hard-contrast schemas; something like this.

Or, if it would be possible let users define their own color-sets, stored in WP-DB. But, I assume this will be a hell of a work...

Ahaha! You're right, it could be difficult to do! But, it's a nice idea that I had not had until now... And a nice idea which makes sense if I want the user be able to adapt charts to its website design. In fact, it's even a super f***ing good idea. Let me investigate on this...

I move this thread to idea/suggestion as I consider what you tell here is not really a bug but a true nice suggestion to improve color rendering! 🙂
