I love this plugin but have problems getting the windrose to display correctly.  The fringes are missing - see eppingweather.org.uk/this-month-to-date/ for an example,  or screen shot attached.

On inspecting the source, it seems that the size it is set to display is 400 x 400 px, but the html generated puts width="354" height="354" onto both the <svg> and <g> tag. I don't know if this is what is causing the problem or not. I can't set CSS for these tags because every time the page is generated, a different class id is created. I've tried setting CSS for the encompassing <div> but can't get this to work.

Anyone know if there is a CSS workaround, or if this is a bug that needs fixing?
