Hello,

New versions looks very good, and really excited about maps. I tested it yesterday, but got some issues with it. I generated new "windy" maps and it looks nice on preview. Bu t after I pasted shortcode to my page, it looks very poor. What would be wrong ?

Hello!

Sorry to hear that. Can you provide me an url where I can see the issue?

If you like Weather Station, please consider to make a review to help make it known. That would be the best way to thank me...

Hello!

So, I've investigated a bit your page. There's two issues.

The first one is the non displaying of Weather Station icons. It's an issue identified yesterday, and the version 3.7.1 (which will be released in less than 3 hours) will fix this issue.

The second one doesn't come from Weather Station and is a bit "strange": your page is auto refreshing every 2 minutes and this seems to "jam" the windy component. Do you know how and why your page refreshes itself?

If you like Weather Station, please consider to make a review to help make it known. That would be the best way to thank me...

Pierre,

Version 3.7.1 solved icon issue, thanks for this. Second issue still exists, is it compatible with php version 5.6 ? I changed my php to 7.0 but it didn't help, so I went back to php 5.6, because I have other problems with php 7.*

Hello!

Yes, Weather Station is compatible with PHP > 5.4 (so PHP 5.6 is OK). Nevertheless, I draw your attention to the fact that PHP 5.6 is not maintained and is a major security problem for your site (like PHP 7.0). Only supported version of PHP (starting from 1/1/19) are 7.2 and 7.3... So you take major risks...

BTW, it doesn't help to solve your problem, because the version of PHP can't be the cause of your issue...

First of all, maybe could you try to put a map on a blank page, without templating, without auto refresh, without cache mechanism and other "compression" systems to see if my assumptions are correct?

Wordpress 5.02 is reinstalled, weather station 3.7.1 too. Issue still exists. I also lost my history data, I presume that there is no way to get it back ....

I didn't realise that disable the plugin erase all data.

Hello!

Yes, if you reinstall Weather Station, you will find all its data and settings. Before reinstalling, a best practice is to backup your historical data to restore it after... But, obviously, I'm coming too late with my advices.

To come back to your issue, I doesn't understand why you reinstalled WordPress and Weather Station: the issue doesn't come from them.

It come from a server misconfiguration or, eventually, from your theme or another plugin. Do you want I have look in your site?
